Tony Zenon vs Nile Knapp

This year Tony Zenon has already rushed for 956 yards on 124 attempts, while Zenon's competition, Nile Knapp has achieved 1015 yards on 101 attempts. Last week, Deerfield-Windsor held Knapp of Southwest Georgia Academy to under 69 yards and 0 touchdowns. After a team-mate of Knapps' wrote on Facebook that he would to rush for 400 yards and score 7 touchdowns. Although Knapp clearly has better stats than Zenon, he does not know how to gain the yards that he really needs. All he does is jump and try to cut back. Zenon will get under his pads and get the yards that he needs.

He was planning on attending St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ever since Tony has been here he has been influenced so that he can become a better person and football player because of the coaches and the players that played before him. St. Thomas Aquinas: Rise To Power

The number one team in the nation,  St Thomas Aquinas, is currently on a 19 game winning streak in District 16-5A . This team prestige bring in the best players in the nation, such as, westover tranfer Rashad Greene . Another reason the Raiders  are so successful is because of there coach, George Smith. George Smith  has won 333-65 overall record and five state championships. That astounding record has raised eye-brows across the nation.  This school not only win championships, they also put several players in college and the NFL .  Last year alone eleven players went on to play Divison I football, that is incredible. They also have produced several players beyond the collegiate level, such as, Michael Irvin , and Chris Carter .  The Raiders have opened up there season Friday with a 52-7 win over Upper Arlington. With there world class speed and Hall of Fame coach there is no one that can stop them from winning there sixth straight title, but them.

Buster Posey to the Scottsdale Scorpions

Buster Posey, born and raised in Leesburg, Georgia, has decided to play for the Scottsdale Scorpions in the Arizona Fall League. This will be Posey's second off-season in a row. He played in Hawaii last year for the Waikiki Beach Boys . I believe that leaving, for the second consecutive season, to play for the Scorpions is not a smart decision for the first-round selection of the San Francisco Giants , Buster Posey. Posey will be joined by Joe Martinez, a right hand pitcher for the Giants who missed much of last season due to a line drive that hit him in the face . Although this is not Posey's best idea because he was is doing so well for the Giants, he plans to play in Arizona for the fall league.

Player Profile- Garrison Smith

Garrison Smith is a defensive tackle from Douglass High School in Atlanta, Georgia . Smith recently committed to the University of Georgia so I know that Head Coach Mark Richt will do everything he can to make Smith a better football player. He is six feet four inches weighing two hundred and fifty pounds. His forty time is is a four minute and seven seconds so I know he can get off the ball quickly. Smith finished his Junior season with one hundred and eight tackles, twenty-seven of those for loss, fourteen sacks, and seven fumbles recovered/forced. He has great strength and says, "I can bench about four-hundred and five pounds and squat five-hundred pounds."
Smith has the ability to play on both the inside and the outside on the next level,  but he is a perfect fit for the three technique for defensive tackle. He is very strong at the point of attack, does an excellent job of staying on the backside to check on reverses or cutbacks, and he pursues the football at parallel angles.
Smith can become the defensive tackle that can play the run and pressure the quarterback. Since he is so light though some coaches believe that he should play defensive end.  His scouts believe he should gain a little more weight so he can withstand the college level.
